Day 2: Explore the Iconic Pyramids and Cairo’s Rich Heritage

After a hearty breakfast at your hotel, meet your personal Egyptologist guide, who will accompany you on an unforgettable journey to the Giza Plateau. Here, you’ll marvel at one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World: the Great Pyramids of Giza, which include the towering Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. Stand in awe before the enigmatic Sphinx and visit the Valley Temple, a site of great historical significance.

For lunch, you’ll dine at a quality local restaurant, sampling authentic Egyptian cuisine. Day 3: Fly to Aswan and Begin Your Nile Cruise

Start your day with an early morning check-out from your Cairo hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight to Aswan, a picturesque city on the Nile River. Upon arrival, your representative will meet you and assist with boarding your luxury Nile River cruise, where you will spend the next few days exploring the ancient wonders of Egypt. After a delicious lunch on board, set out to visit the stunning Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddesses Isis and Hathor. You’ll also see the Unfinished Obelisk, the largest known ancient obelisk, providing a fascinating glimpse into the stone quarrying techniques of the ancients.
