Booking Policy
Start your dream tour by paying just 25% of the total cost. During high-demand periods such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter, a 50% down payment is required. The remaining balance can be paid either two days before your arrival or in cash upon arrival—whichever works best for you!
Credit Card Payments
For credit card payments, we’ll need a signed authorization letter from you, permitting the charge to your card. Please ensure the signature matches the one on your passport and credit card.
Cancellation Policy (Non-Peak Seasons)
If you need to cancel, here are the applicable charges:
- Canceling up to 61 days before departure: 15% of the tour price.
- 60-31 days before departure: 35% of the tour price.
- 30-15 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
- 14-1 days before departure: 100% of the tour price.
Please note, airlines may have their own cancellation fees, and there is a 5% processing fee for all refunds. Group bookings or special itineraries may have different cancellation terms.
Cancellation Policy for Christmas, New Year, and Easter
If you need to cancel during these peak periods, the following charges will apply:
- Canceling up to 61 days before departure: 25% of the tour price.

- 30-15 days before departure: 75% of the tour price.
- 14-1 days before departure: 100% of the tour price.
Airline fees and the 5% processing fee for refunds still apply. Group or special itineraries may have different policies.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed via the same method used for payment. Please note that if you do not show up for your reservation, no refund will be issued. Refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee.
Force Majeure
Your safety and well-being are our top priority. If government or airline advisories prevent travel to your destination, we will offer a full refund or provide future travel credits. Flight cancellation fees and applicable bank charges will be deducted.
Accommodation
Our pricing is based on double occupancy. Single room options are available for an additional fee. Hotel selection is based on quality standards, and rates are subject to change.
Flights
- Domestic Flights: Prices and timings are approximate. Any changes may affect the price.
- International Flights: We provide competitive rates for flights from your country to the destination.
Black Friday Offers
Take advantage of our exclusive Black Friday deals, valid until November 30. These offers are only available for new bookings made during this sale, and may apply to select seasonal packages.
Responsibility
We are not liable for any issues arising from external circumstances like weather, war, or changes from hotels or airlines. Any extra costs resulting from such circumstances are your responsibility.
Special Requests
At Memphis Tours, we aim to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. If you have special requests, let us know when booking, and we’ll try our best to accommodate them. However, please note that we cannot guarantee fulfillment of all requests.
Children’s Policy
For family-friendly tours:
- Under 2 years: Free of charge.
- Under 6 years: 25% of the adult price.
- Under 12 years: 50% of the adult price.
- 12 years and older: Considered an adult.
If flights or ferry rides are included in the tour, additional fees may apply for children.
Photos Usage
We love showcasing our travelers’ experiences! With your permission, your photos may be featured on our website and social media channels.
Tipping
While tipping is appreciated for good service, it is entirely optional. Feel free to tip at your discretion.
Complaints
If you encounter any issues during your trip, please inform us immediately. We’ll do our best to resolve matters quickly. If you remain dissatisfied, reach out to our Customer Care team once you return home.
General Terms of Use
- Minors: Individuals under 18 are not permitted to register or use our services.
- Payment: Payments are processed securely via our payment provider.
- Accepted Cards: Visa and MasterCard are accepted in AED, USD, EUR, and GBP.
- Sanctions: We comply with UAE laws and will not engage in transactions with individuals or entities from sanctioned countries.
- Transaction Details: Multiple bookings may result in several charges appearing on your credit card statement.
Agreement Acceptance
By paying the deposit or full amount for your booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Memphis Tours.
